1. Introduction

Enix Networks, LLC (“Enix Networks”) is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This policy outlines Enix Networks’ approach to legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance in support of our clients, partners, and employees.

 

This policy applies to all Enix Networks employees, contractors, and third parties acting on behalf of the company.
 

2. Executive Summary
 

Enix Networks operates primarily within the United States and provides managed IT services, consulting, and technology support to business clients. While our operational scope is limited compared to multinational enterprises, Enix Networks recognizes its responsibility to maintain ethical business practices and comply with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.


Our compliance program is designed to:

  • Promote ethical conduct and accountability

  • Prevent bribery, corruption, and improper business practices

  • Protect sensitive and confidential information

  • Support audit readiness and due diligence inquiries
     

3. Anti‑Corruption & Ethical Conduct
 

Enix Networks maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for bribery, kickbacks, fraud, or unethical conduct.

Employees and representatives of Enix Networks may not:
 

  • Offer, promise, authorize, or accept anything of value to improperly influence business decisions

  • Engage in deceptive or misleading business practices

  • Circumvent company policies or internal controls
     

This policy applies to all business activities, whether conducted domestically or internationally.

4. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)

As a United States company, Enix Networks is subject to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

The FCPA:

  • Prohibits offering or giving anything of value to foreign government officials for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business
     

  • Requires accurate and complete books and records
     

While Enix Networks conducts business primarily within the United States, this policy applies to any international business activities, including potential work in Canada or other foreign jurisdictions.

Violations of the FCPA may result in severe civil and criminal penalties for both the company and individuals.
 

5. Trade & Export Compliance
 

Enix Networks does not regularly manufacture or export physical equipment internationally. However, should international shipping or cross‑border services occur, Enix Networks will:

  • Comply with applicable U.S. export control and trade regulations

  • Avoid transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions

  • Perform reasonable due diligence on international customers and partners
     

6. Privacy & Data Protection
 

Enix Networks is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client and personal data.
 

Key principles include:

  • Collecting only information necessary to provide services

  • Using data solely for legitimate business purposes

  • Protecting data through appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards

7. Reporting & Enforcement
 

All employees and contractors are expected to comply with this policy. Suspected violations must be reported to management.
 

Enix Networks prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships.
